Rick Bonyadi |
As a Real Estate Licensee for over 19 years, Rick Bonyadi has achieved many milestones. In 1989, he purchased Century 21 Golden Shield, his first real estate office, and merged it with Century 21 At the Exchange. In 1998, he changed his company’s affiliation to Prudential, becoming one of the largest “Single-Office” operations in the area. Since then, Rick has actively served the various local and state industry organizations. He has Chaired the MLS Committee for the Glendale Association of Realtors (GAOR), led GAOR’s Broker/Manager meetings, served as a Director for both the GAOR and the California Association of Realtors, and was re-elected in 2005 to serve as its Vice President. Rick served as 2006 President-Elect and 2007 President of the Association. Rick's extensive participation has earned him the knowledge and the experience, empowering him to guide his brokerage with the most efficient and professional standards. For his contributions to the community and to the real estate industry, Rick was also recognized as the 2006 “Realtor of the Year”. Rick has been married for over 18 years and often finds himself a minority amongst his three daughters and his wife. Since 1987, they have resided in the Northwest area of the City of Glendale.

Sevak Sohrabian

As a Broker Licensee with over 13 years of experience in the real estate sales industry, including 8 years of training, sales management, and brokerage management Sevak Sohrabian has earned the Prudential Real Estate’s prestigious designation of Regional CCDS (Certified Career Development Specialist), and is considered a training resource for the Prudential Real Estate Network. For numerous years, prior to his real estate sales career, Sevak was Senior Marketing Analyst with an International Fortune 50 company in the hi-tech industry. His 25 years of combined corporate and brokerage experience, along with his formal education in Business Administration, give him a unique edge in business fundamentals, enabling him to deliver a clear, concise, and applicable set of guidelines that benefit our Prudential Team. Sevak is also an Adjunct Instructor at the Glendale City College teaching topic pertaining to the Real Estate Industry. |

Michael Gray |
Michael Gray has spent the last eight years in sales and management in the City of Glendale. His accomplishments in real estate sales led to his role in management. Currently he is the Director of Career & Business Development, serving as the focal point for real estate sales professionals seeking to advance their careers by joining the Prudential Family of Associates.
Michael has been recognized as a regional leader in recruiting and increasing office productivity. His extensive experience in business coaching makes him an integral part of the Prudential Leadership Circle.
As a native of Louisiana, Michael has a M. Ed from Louisiana Tech University in Human Relations and Supervision. He has attended post-graduate classes at UCLA and Harvard University. |

As Director of the Department, Angela Sassounian develops extensive marketing campaigns for the company as well as for individual agents. Angela’s formal educations in the fields of the Humanities and Liberal Arts, in addition to her creative nature, give her the ability to effectively serve the agents of Prudential California Realty. Angela's recent accomplishments include the creation of "All About Real Estate", a company newspaper delivering the Prudential brand promise to over 25,000 residents. |

As a Sales Manager for Prudential California Realty, Kevin Dijamco manages the prospecting activities for sales agents by providing personal guidance and support through one-on-one and group coaching sessions to agents interested in increasing their lead generating activities.
Kevin’s extensive background as Manager with SM REALTORS® enables him to positively impact the growth and development of each Prudential agent through the accountability and implementation of their business plan.
Kevin’s formal education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy as well as an Associates degree in Computer Science. His professional skills combined with his personal manner make him a valuable member of the Prudential Leadership Circle and the entire Prudential Family. |

Armen Avedian is a Broker Licensee with over 20 years of experience in real estate sales and investments. Currently, he is the instructor for "Operation Start-Up", a training for new licensees. Through this program, our new agents become familiarized with the contracts and the entire listing and selling process. Armen’s real estate and sales management experience make him an invaluable part of the Prudential Leadership Circle. As a member of the Glendale Association of REALTORS®, Armen served as the 2007 President Elect and 2008 President of the GAOR. He also chaired the MLS Committee and the Can-tree Charitable Committee. Armen lives with his wife and daughter and resides in the City of Glendale. |
