Rick Bonyadi |
As a Real Estate Licensee for over 19 years, Rick Bonyadi has achieved many milestones. In 1989, he purchased Century 21 Golden Shield, his first real estate office, and merged it with Century 21 At the Exchange. In 1998, he changed his company’s affiliation to Prudential, becoming one of the largest “Single-Office” operations in the area. Since then, Rick has actively served the various local and state industry organizations. He has Chaired the MLS Committee for the Glendale Association of Realtors (GAOR), led GAOR’s Broker/Manager meetings, served as a Director for both the GAOR and the California Association of Realtors, and was re-elected in 2005 to serve as its Vice President. Rick served as 2006 President-Elect and 2007 President of the Association. His extensive participation has earned him the knowledge and the experience, which empowers Rick to guide his brokerage with the most efficient and professional standards. For his contributions to the community and to the real estate industry, Rick was also recognized as the 2006 “Realtor of the Year”. Rick has been married for over 18 years and often finds himself a minority amongst his three daughters and his wife. Since 1987, they have resided in the Northwest area of the City of Glendale.

Sevak Sohrabian

As a Broker Licensee with over 12 years of experience in the real estate sales industry, including 8 years of training, sales management, and brokerage management Sevak Sohrabian has earned the Prudential Real Estate’s prestigious designation of Regional CCDS (Certified Career Development Specialist), and is considered a training resource for the Prudential Real Estate Network. For numerous years, prior to his real estate sales career, Sevak was Senior Marketing Analyst with an International Fortune 50 company in the hi-tech industry. His 25 years of combined corporate and brokerage experience, along with his formal education in Business Administration, give him a unique edge in business fundamentals, enabling him to deliver a clear, concise, and applicable set of guidelines that benefit our Prudential Team. Sevak is also an Adjunct Instructor at the Glendale City College teaching topic pertaining to the Real Estate Industry. |

Armen Avedian is a Broker Licensee with over 20 years of experience in real estate sales and investments. Throughout the years, he has served the needs of his many clients with the firm belief that through honesty and hard work, you can achieve the best deal in the interest of the client. Armen’s formal education in economics and his passion for the real estate industry have encouraged him to take on an active role in serving his local association. As a member of the Glendale Association of REALTORS®, Armen served as the 2007 President Elect and is the 2008 President of the GAOR. He also chaired the MLS Committee and the Can-tree Charitable Committee. Armen’s real estate and sales management experience make him an invaluable part of the Prudential Leadership Circle. Armen lives with his wife and daughter and resides in the City of Glendale. |

Michael Gray |
Michael Gray has spent the last six years in sales and management in the City of Glendale. His accomplishments in real estate sales led to his role in management. Michael has been recognized as a regional leader in recruiting and increasing office productivity.
As a native of Louisiana, Michael has a M. Ed from Louisiana Tech University in Human Relations and Supervision. He has attended post-graduate classes at UCLA and Harvard University. Michael’s extensive experience makes him an integral part of the Prudential Leadership Circle. |

Annette Graziani

Annette Graziani has been a California Real Estate Broker since 1979- 20 years Owner/Broker of her own company. Currently, she is the Training Director for New Agent Development Programs at Prudential California Realty and heads the "Operation Start-Up" training. This special program enables our new Associates to become familiar with the contracts and the entire listing and selling process with the use of our training materials that have been designed with an interactive method which prepare our associates for the next level. Throughout the years, Annette has successfully prepared Top Producers who have benefited from the same fundamentals taught in these specific courses. |

Joanne Sterling

Joanne Sterling is a licensed broker who has served the real estate industry as a sales agent , mentor and trainer since 1978. Her past clientele has included members of the television and music industries, and she particularly enjoys marketing historical and architectural properties. In addition to her own production with Prudential California in Glendale, she serves as Director of Training. Joanne is a member and former docent with the Los Angeles Conservancy, a current member of Society for Architectural Historians, Northwest Glendale and Silver Lake Homeowners Associations, and is membership committee chair for the Glendale Association of Realtors, teaching the monthly orientation class for its new members. |

Saya Galudzhyan joined Prudential California Realty in the year 2000 and is the Agent Relations Manager who serves as the focal point for initial inquires from real estate sales associates who are seeking to advance their careers by joining our Team of Professionals. Saya’s familiarity with the industry and the functions of the company allow her to provide assistance and direction to our Associates in regards to our office policies, requirements and expectations. Saya is also a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors® where she brings her participation to the various industry related functions. |

Diana Hadjibekian is the Transaction Coordinator for Prudential California Realty. She provides guidance and assistance to our Associates throughout their Listings and Sales process. Diana's extensive background with Escrow enables her to lead our Associates to a successful closing of their files, fully meeting the regulations of the Department of Real Estate and their required contracts. |

Mikael Kourinian serves as Marketing Associate in "Mission Control", our marketing and creative service department. His services include the processing of marketing and promotional materials and the coordination of Open Houses for our agents. With a Masters in Public Administration, Mikael is also instrumental in researching market data. |
